Safety Program & Orientation 

Safety is our utmost concern!

  • We will learn your safety training programs and mirror exactly.
  • If a safety program is not in place at your facility we will actually assist your company with developing a safety program.
  • Orientation with all associates is also offered.
  • Walk associate through your facility and point out time clock, rest rooms, lunch room, break times and many other things they will need to know to work at your facility.

Drug Screening 

After the interview of an applicant has been completed and the account manager has made the decision that the applicant is employable we immediately drug screen.

5 Panel Drug Screening (Our policy) no charge to client

10 Panel or more drug Screening is available upon request but Horizons HRS mirrors your policy.

Background Checks 

Background checks are only offered upon a client request and Horizons HRS mirrors your current background policy.

Long Term Assignment Staffing Option

Keeping the worker on a “Long Term Assignment” Horizons HRS provides the following:

  • Direct deposit, no cost pay card or live check
  • Health benefits including major medical, dental and vision.  Available after 30 days of employment.
  • 6 Days of holiday pay….after 6 months of continual employment
  • Vacation pay….1 week paid vacation after “1 calendar year of continual employment”
  • 401K available after 1 year of employment. Effective at the beginning of each calendar year.
  • We continually source workers to maintain peak production in a facility
  • Workers can be converted from your payroll to ours

Many of our clients use this option to ease the human resource burden when a facility needs to focus on production and sales.

Staffing Options…

  • Temp to Hire -“Try before you buy” option. Most clients use this as a standard for hiring. Usually 90 days or longer
  • Temp – Short term “flexible” staffing
  • Contract – For a specific time and project. Usually 6 month or longer
  • Project Management – A group of workers for a specific task and time
  • Long Term Assignment – An excellent way to ease the human resource burden
  • Direct Hire – When you want to hire on day one. Excellent choice for professional level talent
